ORDER & PRODUCTION

 You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

All artworks ship from the artist’s studio in São Paulo, Brazil. They are individually verified, hand-signed, and numbered by the artist.

The artworks are packed carefully and securely to the best of our ability.

Please allow up to two weeks for production and dispatch.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent.

Shipping is done via express international courier (DHL or FedEx) and usually takes 4-6 business days. This is included in your purchase price (free worldwide shipping).

DUTIES AND TAXES

 If there are any, the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. In addition, to preserve edition numbers and limited-edition quantities, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We make every effort to provide clear, accurate descriptions and detailed images of each artwork so you can make an informed purchase. If you have any questions or would like further information before placing your order, please feel free to contact us — we are happy to assist.

  

DAMAGED GOODS & OTHER ISSUES

Products deemed to be damaged upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in its original packaging.

  

PRIVACY & SECURITY

 We respect your privacy and handle your personal data securely. Payments on our website are processed safely via trusted providers such as Stripe and PayPal using industry-standard encryption. We do not store full payment card details, and your information is used only to process your order and delivery, in line with applicable data protection laws.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
