ORDER, PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From production to delivery, your artwork is expected to arrive within up to three weeks.

All artworks ship from the artist’s studio in São Paulo, Brazil. They are individually verified, hand-signed, and numbered by the artist, and carefully packed to ensure safe international delivery.

Please allow up to two weeks for production and dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping is handled via express international courier (DHL or FedEx) and typically takes 4-6 business days. This is included in the purchase price (free worldwide shipping).

If there are any, the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These import taxes and local duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be shipped within 14 days after approval of the return request.

Each artwork is produced in limited quantities and prepared specifically for each order. Please do not hesitate to contact the studio before purchasing if you have any questions.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data securely. Payments on our website are processed safely via trusted providers such as Stripe and PayPal using industry-standard encryption. We do not store full payment card details, and your information is used only to process your order and delivery, in line with applicable data protection laws.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
